  • Products without original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or defective item was sent by us.


Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Packaging images

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Wrong items delivered

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


Return Shipping
